Paint your home

Prepare the walls you wish to protect, following the guidance on the Weathershield container for how to prepare your walls correctly. Then apply the Weathershield paint as directed, to protect your home from the elements.

Before and after you apply the paint, make sure to take photographs of your walls. The walls you paint must be the walls you upload a picture of during your registration, clearly showing the walls have been prepared and then painted with the qualifying Weathershield Masonry paint.

Register your purchase on this website

Register your purchase on this website within 6 months of making your purchase.

You will need to upload the following documents during your registration:

• If you have purchased In-Store - A copy of your receipt
• If you have purchased Online - A copy of your order acknowledgement and your delivery note
• Photos of all the walls you are going to paint, clearly showing these have been prepared as per the instructions on the Weathershield container
• Photos of the same newly painted walls

The walls painted must be shown both before and after you have painted with the qualifying Dulux Weathershield Masonry paint. You must also ensure to take a close up and full wall photograph for each wall painted.

We will confirm receipt of your registration via email and text message.

Claim on this website

If your Weathershield painted walls ever peel, flake or there is mould growth within the paint film whilst you live in your home, return to this site to claim back the value of a replacement product.

You will need to upload the following documents during your claim:

• A photo of the damage to your painted walls - these must be the same walls you uploaded a photo of during your registration.

Your claim will be reviewed by our team and we will update you on the status of your claim via email and text message within 7 working days.

Receive your money back

Upon successful validation of your online claim, we will send you the value spent on your Weathershield paint back to you via pre-paid Mastercard® within 28 days. The amount will be 100% of the original price you paid for your qualifying Dulux paint including VAT.

Your card, along with full instructions on how to activate it, will be sent to the address you entered during your registration.
